Alisa
Wright Colopy Founder/President Alisa has a BA in Sociology and a BS in Psychology. She earned a master degree in psychology with an emphasis in counseling, as well as a master degree in public health with a concentration in health promotion/education. She is ABD (and will remain so) on her doctorate in health administration. Alisa has experience as a college administrator, university professor, and physical/health educator. Alisa has been a triathlete since 1982. She has a passion for fitness and health that is evident in every aspect of her life. She developed the Middle School Fitness programs at the Cary YMCA, engaging young teens and pre-teens in physical activities geared towards healthy lifestyles. Read More about Alisa >>> |
